  Executive ToolKit Version 5.0
The latest version of Rimrock Technologies Executive ToolKit includes the long-awaited InspectionPro module, user-customizable reports, tighter integration between all modules and regional support for the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and other users.

  • Automatic Screen Resizing

    • You now have the option to have all screens in Executive ToolKit resize proportionately to your screen resolution.
       

  • Custom Report Formatting

    • From Report Options Setup in Company Setup, you now have the ability to add your Logo and/or Company Name to your reports.
    • You can also modify the font, size and color of your Company Name plus Data, Labels and Lines in the Header, Detail and Footer sections for all reports.
       
  • Data Sorting

    • In screens that list data, you now have the ability to sort that data, ascending or descending, by clicking on the label.
       
  • Employee Scheduler

    • Use the Employee Scheduler to create work schedules for your employees.  View and print schedules for one or all employees and the buildings they work in.
    • If JobCostPro is installed, the Employee Scheduler uses Job Numbers for scheduling.  Otherwise, Buildings are used.
    • The Employee Scheduler is available in all modules.
       
  • Regional Support

    • By selecting your region in Company Setup, you can change the terms and format masks of several labels.
    • However, Date and Currency formats are controlled by the Regional Settings in your computer's Control Panel.
BidPro - Create Inspection Templates from an Appendix.
InspectionPro - New!
InspectionPro is the newest member of the Executive ToolKit@ family of management tools and is tool to create, grade and chart inspections.

InspectionPro uses templates to allow you to create an inspection form unique to a facility, building or area.  For example, you may want a template specific for schools, another for medical facilities and yet another for office buildings.  You may also create templates that are specific to an area of a building or for a particular employee or position.  Simply print the inspection template for use in the field.

InventoryPro - Custom Pricing is now based on each Building instead the entire Customer.  Additionally, you can have a different Up Charge Factor or price for each product in that Building.

The Deliveries screen now allows you to add all products for a specific building and date - at one time.  Now you can easily select a building and date to see what you delivered.

JobCostPro - You can now setup a Prevailing Wage (constant wage) for a Job Number.  When selecting a job with a Prevailing Wage setup in Time Cards, the Prevailing Wage will be the default Pay Type.

Job Numbers can now be associated Buildings and have their own Cost Plus percentages.

For billing purposes, Work Orders and Templates in WorkOrderPro can be assigned Job Numbers.

Inspection Charts in InspectionPro can be created from Supervisor Routes.

SafetyPro - Automatically assign new chemicals or remove old chemicals from all employees with the selected Classification Code.

You now have the option to hide Hepatitis B information from Employee Lists.

For additional control in tracking employee training, user-defined fields have been added.  Set these up in SafetyPro Preferences.

SchedulePro - In Workload Tasks, you can now inactivate the Main Area or Sub-area, view only Daily Tasks or Periodic Tasks or both.  Plus you can now sort on any field.

In Daily Schedules, you can now select a 'Day to View' for schedules that use intermittent tasks throughout the week.

In Periodic Schedules, frequency setup for tasks has been significantly enhanced.

The Periodic Schedule Calendar can now view the Position, Customer and/or Task on the calendar.

Production Rates are now portable with the Project File.

WorkOrderPro - For billing purposes, Work Orders - One Time and Work Orders - Recurring can be assigned Job Numbers from JobCostPro.

For additional control in tracking Work Orders and Templates, user-defined fields have been added.

Default values can now be setup for 'Category', 'Type' and 'Priority'.

In Work Orders - Recurring, frequency setup for tasks has been significantly enhanced.

Frequency setup now uses an Outlook style recurring frequency dialog.
