• How-To Videos (Show Details...)

  • New with Executive ToolKit version 6 is Rimrock Technologies' enhanced website that includes how-to videos so you learn by watching. Watch the How-To Videos dashboard within Executive ToolKit for new videos as they are released.

  • Simply click the video you want to watch, from within Executive ToolKit, and Rimrock Technologies website will open in your favorite browser to that video.

• New Open Design (Show Details...)

  • The new open design allows multiple screens open at the same time and not just in a small window - but full screen!

  • Now you can be working on a bid, inventory, schedule, inspection, time cards, safety training or whatever and you won't need to close those screens for you to create that work order that was just phoned in.

• Dashboard (Show Details...)

  • The centralized dashboard is a convenient place to track those little things that can be easily overlooked. Pick and choose which objects you want on your dashboard.

  • BidPro

    • The new open design of Executive ToolKit makes working with BidPro a dream.

    • Now you can easily setup your Bid Variables right from the BidPro menu.

    • Create Inspection Templates from an Appendix.

  • InspectionPro

    • The Graded Task Summary is a new jewel gets right to the heart of the matter by showing you the information you need to see in a one or two page report.

    • With just a few clicks, you'll see where you excel and more importantly where improvement is needed.

  • InventoryPro

    • Custom Pricing option for each Building. Additionally, you can have a different Up Charge Factor or price for each product in that Building.

    • The Deliveries screen now allows you to add all products for a specific building and date - at one time. Easily select a building and date to see what you delivered.

  • JobCostPro

    • Setup a Prevailing Wage (constant wage) for a Job Number.

      When selecting a job with a Prevailing Wage setup in Time Cards, the Prevailing Wage will be the default Pay Type.

    • Job Numbers can now be associated Buildings and have their own Cost Plus percentages.

    • For billing purposes, One Time and Recurring work orders in WorkOrderPro can be assigned Job Numbers.

    • Inspection Charts in InspectionPro can be created from JobCostPro's Supervisor Routes.

  • SafetyPro

    • Automatically assign new MSDSs or remove old MSDSs from all employees with the selected Classification Code.

    • Optionally hide Hepatitis B information from Employee Lists.

    • For additional control in tracking employee training, user-defined fields have been added.

  • SchedulePro

    • Workload Tasks

      • Workload Tasks now includes a Priority field. This field is used in conjunction with Daily Schedules and the Priority-Based Daily Schedule Dashboard Object.

      • This feature is handy in times of absenteeism or when special job arise and the normal routine needs to be reduced in time.

    • Schedule Daily Tasks

      • Daily Schedules now includes an option to change the current day's priority. This option 'Today's Priority' can be used in conjunction with the Priority-Based Daily Schedule Dashboard Object.

      • This feature is handy in times of absenteeism or when special job arise and the normal routine needs to be reduced in time.

    • Schedule Periodic Tasks

      • In Schedule Periodic Tasks, frequency setup for tasks has been significantly enhanced.

      • Periodic frequencies now uses an Outlook style recurring frequency dialog.

    • Periodic Schedule Calendar

      • The Periodic Schedule Calendar can now view any combination of Position, Customer, Building, Task, Time, Specific Duty, Frequency, Status and First Occurrence on the calendar.

    • Production Rates

      • Production Rates are now portable with the Project File.

    • Census-Based Daily Schedules

      • Census-Based Daily Schedules can only be accessed through the Dashboard. This Dashboard object allows you to change the daily census of areas throughout your buildings.

    • Priority-Based Daily Schedules

      • Priority-Based Daily Schedules can only be accessed through the Dashboard. This Dashboard object allows you to change the day's priority for your Daily Schedules.

  • WorkOrderPro

    • One Time Work Orders can now be completed, complete with comments, in the actual work order.

    • A new, simple detail view has been added to the Search screen so you can easily scroll through and find the work order you are looking for.

    • Default values can now be setup for Division, Category, Type and Priority in WorkOrderPro Options. By default, these values will be automatically entered when creating new Work Order and Templates.
