Before contacting Technical Support, you may want to consult these available resources:

  • Choose the HELP button in the upper right Choose the HELP button in the upper right hand corner of every program screen or press F1 for context sensitive help.

  • Choose the TIPS button in the upper right hand corner of every screen to pop open a small guide that will help you as you work.

  • Vitrually all objects and fields, that a user interacts with, have a description of what that object or field is requesting.  This description is located in the Status Bar in the bottom left corner of the screen.
