Click Contacts, Search or Mail to review the features of that screen.

Getting help is easy using "TIPS". TIPS is a small dialog that stays open while you work and will change as you move from screen to screen and field to field. Most screens have tips on every field explaining what to do.

Additional help can be received clicking on the Help button, located on every screen, or by hitting the [F1] Key on your keyboard.  Help offers a visual guide to working with the program.
