Developed for Microsoft Windows® 2000 Service Pack 3 or later or Windows XP operating systems, Museum Manager offers an easy-to-use graphical interface and extensive built-in help features.

Contacts

Contacts allow you to keep all the information for a person in one place.  Some of the information that you can store in Contacts is:

  • Name, address, phone, email

  • Donor and/or Member Number

  • Potential New Member

  • Deceased

  • Payment History

  • Mailing History

  • Visits and Comments

  • Artifacts

    • Loan, Gift or In-Kind

    • Item Description and Value

    • Location

    • Image of Artifact

Search

The search utility is the key to finding information quickly about members, donor, artifacts.

  • Searches can be run using virtually any conceivable combination of criteria.

For example, you can view a list of members that are in the 'Military' group that received the 'Military Mailing' on 'July 1, 2007'.

  • The result of any search, you can print:

    • a detail report

    • Mailing Labels

    • Envelopes

    • Flyers

Mail

The Mail screen allows you to print labels, envelopes and flyers to any Mailing List or Group that you have created.  You can narrow the results of any mailing by using the Search screen.
