This is the main work order screen for creating one-time tasks.

Select the desired entity (customer,
building or
tenant). The default is setup in WorkOrderPro Preferences.

Billable information can be entered into the record and chosen whether or not to
print on the work order.

Dispatch the work order to as many people as necessary. For example, you may want
to dispatch to a supervisor, a copy to the cleaner and a follow-up to customer relations.

If InventoryPro is installed, you can also track supplies
used on your work orders.

If JobCostPro is installed, you can assign a Work Order
to a Job Number. The Billing information
will be pulled into the Work Order from the Job Number you select.
