SchedulePro - Project Manager
Use this wizard to create and manage different projects you will workload and schedule.

 

Executive ToolKit SchedulePro may be used to handle several customers, clients, buildings or whatever you wish to workload and schedule.  The different customers you have can be combined in one project or you can have a different project or project file for every customer.  A Project File may hold several Projects.

For simplicity, most users will only create one Project File that contains only one Project.  That one Project will contain all their workloads and schedules.


Work in Current Project File
Select this option if you have already created a Project File and want to work on it.

Change Project File
Selecting this option will open a file dialog asking the location of your Project File. Find and select the file, then click 'Open'.

Create New Project File
Select this option to create a new project file. Commonly, your company name is entered in this box.

 

Work on an Existing Project
Select this option if you have already created a Project and want to work on it.  Then select the existing project from the list.

 

Start a New Project
Select this option to create a new project in the select Project File.  Enter the name of your new project in the field provided.  Most companies put their company name in this field.

 

New Project from Scratch
Select this option if you want to open a new blank project. Then click the Finish button.

Copy from an Existing Project
Select this option to copy a project from an existing Project File. Then click the Next button.

 

Current Project File
Select this option if the project you want to copy from is within the 'Current Project File'. Then select the project from the pick box.

Different Project File
Selecting this option will open a file dialog asking the location of your Project File. Find and select the file, then click 'Open'.

Then select the project from the pick box.
