To pay an employee a One-Time Earning or Rate, use the Rate Cards screen. The functionality
of this screen is the same as Time Cards.

Enter the Amount for the Rate Card.

If the Rate Card amount is to be included in the calculation of overtime, check
the Special OT box. See 'Overtime Averaging'
for detailed information.

The Rate Card option is not available in QuickBooks.
