Use this screen to create and store several types of cover letters. For example,
you may have a cover letter you like for retail stores and another office plazas
that have multiple tenants.

Cover letter can be created and stored with the customer for easy referral. If desired,
you can use the Copy Cover Letter Wizard to copy a letter you have previously created.
