A. Absolutely. Executive ToolKit is designed to streamline the management process for companies of any size.

Q. Why should I buy your software?

A. Each of our modules offer either a time-saving or efficiency component.

For example, at any given moment, you can

view (or modify) a specific cleaners schedule,

find all the uncompleted work orders issued,

print a new Haz-Com book for a new account,

look at all the building supplies issued to a specific customer,

create a 3 page proposal for a potential new customer,

Q. Can I buy only one module?

A. Yes. Modules can be purchased individually with the Executive ToolKit's Executive Edition or receive a better value by purchasing the Elite or Enterprise Editions which give you all 7 modules.

Q. Is your software networkable?

A. Absolutely. Plus, Executive ToolKit v. 6.0 allows you to setup users and permissions for standard groups or a permission group that you design.

Q. Who designed the software?

A. This software was written in-house for our own cleaning company. Portions of this software have been in use since 1994. Check out our company history.

Q. Do you have a demo disk?

A. Yes. The free 30-day evaluation is available through our download page.

Q. What versions does Executive ToolKit 6.0 work with?

A. If you currently own a prior version of Executive ToolKit and purchase Version 6.0, the install process will automatically convert your existing data. As with any upgrade you should always make a backup copy of your data files. (i.e. GLOBAL_50.MDB, JCP_DATA_50.MDB and any SchedulePro project files you created.)

NOTE: All data including older SchedulePro project files are upgraded automatically when opened in version 6.0.

Versions 5.0t and earlier need to purchase Version 6.0.

Q. What computer specifications are required?

A. To run Executive ToolKit you will need the following minimum configuration:

Hardware Requirements:
Processor: 500 MHz (megahertz) processor or higher.
Memory: Minimum 256 MB (megabytes) RAM or higher.
Hard Disk: 200 MB free local hard drive space.
Display: 1024 x 768 Resolution Minimum. 1280 x 1024 highly recommended.

Software Requirements:
Operating System: Microsoft Windows^® XP Service Pack 2 or later
