Client Analysis
 
Every cleaning professional understands the intricate needs and often-monumental costs associated with facility maintenance. With these challenges in mind, Rimrock Technologies introduces Client Analysis Version 1.0, a computerized solution designed to analyze quality and productivity.

Developed for Microsoft Windows 2000 Service Pack 3 or higher and the Windows XP operating systems, Client Analysis offers an easy-to-use graphical interface and extensive built-in help features.

Building Surveys
Building Surveys are performed to analyze building information, staffing, budgets, compliance issues, supplies, equipment and periodic tasks. The Building and Facility reports offer you professional documents to help you with your assessment of needs for current and potential customers. Once the Building Survey is complete, a comprehensive Budget Analysis report is also available.

Procedure Surveys
Procedure Surveys offer you a way to document needs assessments as you tour a building. Easily enter your assessments directly into Client Analysis, and then print for your review with the customer.

Inspection Tasks
Client Analysis uses tasks that are associated with any number of Area Types.
  • Tasks are assigned a Weight, to give it a higher value; and a Benchmark, for a quality level to achieve.

  • Once you create your Area Types and Tasks, generating an Inspection Form from a template is a snap.

  • Client Analysis is delivered with several Area Types and Tasks.

Inspection Templates
Client Analysis uses templates to allow you to create an Inspection Form unique to a facility.
  • For example, you may want a template specific for schools, another for medical facilities and another for office buildings. Maybe you want a template that is specific for an area of a building or for a particular employee or position.

  • Simply print the inspection template and give to your inspector for use in the field. Client Analysis comes with a Default Inspection to help you get started.

Inspections
Once an inspection has been completed, assign the Template that was used to a Customer, Building and Building Area.  Then, simply enter the score and any comments for each task.

Inspection Charts
The charting tool provides you the means to quickly review the progress of employees and/or tasks.

  • With just a few clicks you'll be able to review scores vs. the benchmark for buildings, areas, employees, employee areas, tasks and task trends.

If desired, you can even print the underlying data for the chart.
